Rec 2 Invite only Ages 6&up. 55min class

This class is for the gymnast who has passed the skills that Rec 1 tests for. It will challenge your gymnast but also encourage your child to learn and become more fluent in gymnastics shapes and terminology. This class will get into a little more advanced skill set on each apparatus which allows your child to be able to advance. Our coaches will have skill appropriate structured lesson plans, yet they will also be able to individualize drills to help any progress that is needed. Rec 2 will include all of our big gym equipment as well as flexibility and some strength training. This 55 min class is perfect for those gymnasts who need more than Rec but are not quite ready for our more advanced classes.
