Important information to keep your child safe:
Before Class:
We encourage parents to walk their child into the facility and pick up their child in our facility. We don’t want children running into our parking lot with all the traffic we have. We also want to make sure every child is with the correct adult for pick up.
We ask that all children and/or parent wait in the appropriate area for class to start. Their coach will call their name for when it is time to line up for class.
Please do not allow your child to climb, jump or run or be involved with horseplay in our waiting area. This is a safety issue and we do not want anyone to trip or fall or get hurt.
We ask that while waiting your child that is attending and waiting for class or their siblings do not go into the gym area. They are not allowed on equipment without a coach.
Please have your child use the bathroom before class, as this helps with not taking time away from their class.
Zero Tolerance:
We have a ZERO tolerance policy for violent behavior, and in the case of a child being threatening to the coach or any other student they will be removed immediately and permanently from the class. If your child is bullying another student they will be immediately removed from class and our program.
If a child gets hurt during a class, PLEASE do not go on to the floor. Our staff is trained and has safety guidelines to follow to make sure your child is given the best care. If we feel a parent is needed we will have a coach come and get you.
We expect any student to be respectful of all and any coaches or staff, teammates and classmates. We do NOT allow swearing, back talk, poor attitudes and ZERO bullying. Our Staff works very hard to make each and every class to be fun and enjoyable for all students. Please talk with your child and make sure they understand that we provide a POSITIVE, FUN, LEARNING environment for everyone.
Spectator/Parent conduct:
Parents are NOT allowed on the gym floor during class, UNLESS you are in a parent tot class. Please understand our coaches are there to coach your child and it is VERY distracting to the entire class if you are trying to coach from the parent area. Please refrain from yelling, talking or signaling to your child during class as that can be a situation where a child can get hurt from being distracted and not concentrating on the skill they are working on.
